the WORST idea ever!

On our honeymoon in Vegas we got the chance to hang out in the M&M world store. It was a blast! If you know me at all, you know that I can barely go a day without a peanut m&m. (Its not as bad as it used to be.. I'm not as addicted anymore.) Because of our obsession we thought it was important to get a little something. We went with a puzzle... we're also very much puzzle people.... so why not combine the 2.

We got this awesome puzzle. It was double sided. It had the peanut bag on one side and the milk chocolate on the other. We thought it was the coolest thing in the world!

After we moved in, we decided it was about time to bust that thing out! When I was pulling it out of the box it was hidden in, Trevor asked me if I wanted to do a harder one since its only 500 pieces.

We had no idea that this was going to turn out to be one of the WORST ideas we've ever had!

Since both of us our puzzle people, a 500 piece puzzle isn't too overwhelming. Just a few hours of dedication and it would be finished.

This was not the case. As soon as we started trying to put it together we knew that something was going wrong. It was, hands down, the hardest puzzle either of us had put together, and we're pretty experienced...

7 DAYS later, we finally finished it.

Obviously this is only the 1 side. We were WAY to scared to try and flip it over.

Moral of the story: NEVER buy a double sided puzzle EVER!
