weight watchers: round 2

Back in January/February of this year I started Weight Watchers for the first time.
 I found it really easy to use and was able to lose a little bit of weight.
Then we found out we were pregnant, and I was so sick that I just about gave up on everything.
After we lost our little boy, I gained a bunch of weight back.
Eating my feelings and all that stuff.
So now, after the beach and life has settled back down again,
I've decided to give it another shot.

Its only been a few days, but things are going well!
I really like how easy the iPhone app is to use 
and how much easier it is to keep track of points instead of calories.

In addition to the extra dieting help, I've been doing some awesome new workouts.
I hurt my back in January, and have been avoiding running for the last few months,
so I've been looking into tons of other options.
My mom turned me onto Jessica Smith TV workouts. 
I love them!
She posts new ones all the time and offers lots of variety.
While I was pregnant, I did a bunch of her great prenatal workouts.

Above is where I found Piper on Sunday after I ran downstairs to grab something.
She climbed on the counter and poured out an entire bag of shredded cheese!
Ha ha ha 2 sure is an adventure!
