Christmas 2014

We had the greatest holiday! The best one yet, I think! 

We tried to keep it really simple and quiet, and it worked out perfectly. We saw a bunch of family, but we also enjoyed plenty of down time at home. And all 3 of us took magical 3-hour Christmas Day naps... I'm calling them our Christmas coma! It was wonderful! 

And sadly, I only took one picture on Christmas morning. Bummer. But little Piper snuck super quietly upstairs before we realized and she wasn't too thrilled with the idea of more presents. She got into it later, but I think it was just a confusing couple of days for her. Ha ha ha

We were able to talk to Carly on her mission, which was a real treat! We sure miss that girl! And jake and Emily and their great boys were in town for the holiday! It sure is fun to spend so much time with family. 

We went to breakfast with some great friends the morning after Christmas.

And then spent the day in SLC with my parents and extended family!

It sure was a great couple of days! 

We lucked out and got to have Trevor home for 4 whole days!! 

It was amazing! 

And made today (monday) a bit rough on both Piper and I. 

She kept asking to go pick up Daddy. 

But we survived! 

We had the most wonderful Christmas holiday and are looking forward to some fun 

for New Years! 

And another handful of days with Trevor home! 

HOORAY!
