Trying to loose a few pounds is not very fun. I hate having to deprive myself. AND it always seems that when ever I am trying to see those numbers on the scale go down about 10 or so, ALL that I want to eat is a dunford chocolate donut the size of Texas.
This really happens every time.
I also give in often. Its horrible.

I've found that if you deprive yourself from foods you love you tend to mostly gain weight than lose weight. What I found works is eating or making food I like with healthier alternatives and also having one day a week where I can eat whatever I want, and I've lost 5 pounds. I am happier and not cranky from not having the food I want and I gradually have been losing weight.
