We had a very low-key Valentine's Day. We went out over the weekend and considered that our "big" date night for Valentine's. We picked up some delicious Cafe Rio and watched Cars 2. It was pretty chill, and not unlike most of our nights in, but we added some yummy pink and heart shaped candy and cookies to make it seem more festive.
