Christmas Fun!

We had such a fun Christmas this year!
We spent the day after Christmas up at Grandma Bonne's
and had so much fun with all the family!

Trevor did a glitter beard (have you seen those pictures around the internet. SO funny!)

Hayley has been a total blast the last few days!
I don't think she's ever had more fun and we've really enjoyed it too!
Both of my girls are very social and love to be around people,
so she LOVED all the family gatherings and had so much fun!

Our Christmas day was a little bit out of control.
We had church at 9:00. We decided to save the gift opening for later
so that we could take our time.
We hurried and ran out the door to get to church on time
(I was playing my violin...)
and we got blocked in by tow-truck.
We spent about 15 minutes watching them tow a car out of our neighbors yard.
Thankfully no one was hurt, but the snow was nuts and they slid down the hill.
I was a bit stressed because of my musical number, but it all worked out fine.

After church, we opened our gifts.
We've been extra blessed this Christmas time with some extra cash from
our family and our ward.
(With Trevor not working, its been extra tight financially....)
We were able to get our girls a few fun gifts and a few simple things for each other.
And it was magical.
The girls had SO much fun and we really enjoyed being together.

Later Christmas day, we had a nice Christmas dinner at our house.
We had a wonderful time hosting and spending time with our sweet family!

Continuing on with our re-cap...
We spent some time at Grandma Linda's decorating cookies and doing a little Nativity.

And Piper spent a few nights up with my mom.
While she was up there, she got to meet Santa!
(We are slackers and didn't take Hayley this year. Life is BUSY!)
Everyone sent me pictures and told me how sweet she was!

And Madeleine and I were matching at our cousin's wedding!
Great minds sure do think alike!

And a few weeks ago, I got to play in the big Provo Messiah Sing-along.
Kathryn was my stand partner! It was so fun to play with her.

We've had a really fun, busy December!
We are enjoying a break from pre-school and violin lessons while we gear up
for the new year!
