Life Lately: End of October

We've had a fun few weeks enjoying this special time of year.

The girls and I hit up another pumpkin patch.

This time with Piper's preschool. 

We had a blast!

Hayley especially loved the corn. 

Trevor and I took Piper to the TSO Halloween concert. 

It was so fun! 

She loved all the music, costumes, and fun! 

We will have to make this a yearly thing if they keep it up!

And last week we had a few of Piper's little friends over to decorate cookies.

We had pumpkins, bats, and ghosts. 

It was super fun!

We love all our little neighbor friends.

(I forgot to take any pictures. ugh. such a bummer!) 

We are gearing up for some trick-or-treating tonight. 

We've had a fun Halloween season, but I'm glad its nearing the end. 

I think Piper came up into my room 5 times last night to ask if it was

Halloween morning yet. UGH!

TSO TOUR 2016

This past weekend, I went on a tour with the orchestra I play for, 

the Timpanogos Symphony Orchestra. 

It was so fun! 

We played community concerts in Tooele, Brigham City, and Nephi 

and did a couple of school assemblies. 

It was a LOT of music in 3 days, but so fun! 

I made lots of new friends and had a blast!

I'm so grateful to be part of such a great organization!

I get to make music with some really awesome people!

We are having a break for the summer since our concert season ended.

Not sure what I'm going to do with my free Thursday nights,

and I'm really going to miss it!

Timpanogos Symphony Orchestra

I joined an orchestra! 

Finally!!

I've been wanting to for a while, and finally got an audition!

Thankfully it went well, and I'm in!

It has been a blast so far! 

I've made some new friends and have loved being part of a group again!

AND Trevor joined too! 

Its kinda like date night now. 

We get a night out without Piper! 

Its been a really fun new thing to do together and I really enjoy having a night away from home.
