hayley: 11 months

I happened to have really great timing, 

and this sweetie was EXTRA cooperative when I pulled out the camera.

I usually hope for 4 or 5 decent shots, 

but this time I got SO many! 

Hayley is 11 months old!

How is this even happening?!?!

I want to cry thinking about it, 

but we are also entering my most favorite baby stage!

Bring on the 1 year olds!!!!! haha

She has dark blue eyes, chubby little legs 

and the cutest smile around. 

She loves to eat and sing and dance. 

She's very determined and is not easily re-directed. 

She throws some pretty awesome tantrums when she doesn't 

get what she wants or when something is taken away. 

She does the animal sounds for lion and dog,

and its pretty adorable. 

She loves her dad SO much! 

If he's in the room and not holding her 

or playing with her, she's crying. 

I would be offended, but its really sweet to watch their relationship!

I cannot even begin to put into words the love I have for this girl!

We are blessed to be her parents, as well as Piper's.

Some days are harder than others, but I wouldn't trade my girls for 

ANYTHING!

I'm going to soak up every minute of this last month before 

she turns one! 

hayley: 10 months

Well, this is over a week late. 

We've been sick with colds and busy with SO many other things

and I kept forgetting to take Hayley's photos. 

Our busy little babe is 10 months old! 

I can't believe it! 

The past few months have really flown by. 

Too fast! 

Right now Hayley is ALL over the house.

She crawls everywhere. 

And she's pretty fast! 

She'll disappear if you're not keeping an extra close eye on her. 

She loves:

watching Piper

dancing to music

eating just about anything

(she eats TONS!) 

moving everywhere

being outside

her daddy! She's obsessed with him

baths. She's a fish! 

Hayley is such a joy! 

She has a silly sense of humor and has such a sweet little giggle!

We sure do love having her in our family!

summer is for swimming

  

Piper went swimming for the first time this past weekend at Grandma Bonne's house!

We loved it and had fun playing with all the cousins!

Summer is the best. We are loving the sunshine and all the family time!

Also, Alex gets home from his mission to Mexico in 2 days!!! 

We are SO excited to see him!

Utah in June is the best, even if its been pretty hot recently.

 We are having so much fun with our little girl!

Happy Flag Day

Happy Summer from our little family!

the past few weeks

The past few weeks have forced me to really stretch my mommy muscles.

We are pretty exhausted around these parts.

It all started out with Piper teething.

She wouldn't take any naps and was quite the handful for about a week.

It was hard, but bearable. 

She finally cut a little tooth and seemed to perk up a bit.

Then the flu hit.

First it was Piper, then Trevor and me.

We all survived, but the last few days have been a nightmare.

We have had a bunch of help from both our families and some awesome people in the ward.

Thanks to everyone for their help! 

We really appreciate it!

We are resting up this weekend and ready for some fun next week!

He's leaving for a mission to Japan in a few weeks. 

We are so proud of them both!

Jake and Emily and their boys are headed to Houston for a summer internship.

We will miss them, but are so excited for this opportunity for Jake!

Our Weekend

 

On Memorial Day we played at Trevor's parent's house!

They have a sweet little dog, that Piper loves, and the neighbors got chickens!

And we had a blast playing on their trampoline! 

Such a fun weekend! We loved having Trevor around for an extra day!
