Alex and Steinia's wedding day

 Last week we were able to celebrate with Alex and Steinia on their wedding day!

It was a gorgeous day full of family and perfect weather.

 This is our little nephew Gus. It was so fun to finally meet him!

We sure did miss the rest of his family though.

We are so happy for them!

We're busy working on moving and all that jazz,

We had a fun weekend filled with yummy food, family, work, and packing up our house!

Hooray for moving!

conference weekend

 We had a fantastic conference weekend! 

We had fun spending time together and with family listening to the prophets.

 

 On Saturday we stayed home and enjoyed the words shared while doing some pretty serious cleaning.

(We showed our apartment to some potential renters that night)

After conference, I was lucky enough to go to a bridal shower for 

my sweet soon-to-be sister Steinia.

It was great to see family and have a night out without the babe.

Piper stayed home with a little cold.

 

On Sunday, we headed up to Salt Lake and spent the day with our family up there.

 

While we were there, the power went out! 

We were lucky that Trevor has good speakers on his phone, because we were still able to listen.

 

 Piper was such a good little girl during our busy weekend!

She really is the kindest little thing and we are so grateful to have her in our lives.

 Since, we are moving in a few weeks,

I finally got around to taking pictures of the apartment we have been in for about 

a year and a half. 

So, here's our kitchen:

We have loved our little house, but we are REALLY looking forward to having some more space 

in the new place.

14 months

Little blue eyes is 14 months today!

Can't believe it! 

I've been thinking a lot about the last year of my life with Piper.

It has definitely been harder than I expected, but I've loved it!

Especially the last few months.

It is so fun to have a walking, talking, playing little person around the house!

She is wild sometimes, and church is the worst (why do they all save their worst behavior for church? haha) 

but she is the greatest little girl ever! 

I love all the words she can say now. The list is growing everyday!
